Liz Robertson
Liz Robertson advises and defends public school districts on a broad range of legal issues, with a particular emphasis on special education, free speech, and labor and employment. Liz also has experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements with public sector labor unions using both traditional and interest-based models of bargaining.
Liz graduated with honors from the University of Arizona in 2012, and magna cum laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2017. During law school, Liz served as an Articles Editor for the Arizona Law Review and interned with the Consumer Protection Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and the Federal Trade Commission. Prior to joining Porter Foster Rorick in 2019, Liz clerked for the Honorable Linda CJ Lee at the Washington Court of Appeals, Division II.
