Lance Andree advises and defends public school districts on a broad range of legal issues with a particular emphasis on labor relations and general counsel for public schools. Lance’s litigation experience includes administrative hearings, arbitrations, bench trials and jury trials. Lance also has significant experience negotiating collective bargaining agreements with public sector labor unions.

Lance graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks in 1994 and received his law degree from the University of Washington School of Law in 2001. At the UW, Lance served as an Articles Editor for the Washington Law Review. Prior to joining Porter Foster Rorick in 2003, Lance clerked for the Honorable H. Joseph Coleman at the Washington Court of Appeals, Division I. Lance is an active member, and has formerly served as an officer of, the Washington Council of School Attorneys.
