Darcey Eilers represents public schools and other local governments in all areas of school and municipal law.
Darcey graduated magna cum laude from Western Washington University in 2006 and with honors from the University of Washington School of Law in 2009. During law school, she served as a Managing Editor of the Pacific Rim Law and Policy Journal and externed with the Honorable Joel Penoyar at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division II. After law school, Darcey worked as a staff attorney for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and clerked for the Honorable Stephen J. Dwyer and the Honorable James R. Verellen, both of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division I. Prior to joining Porter Foster Rorick in 2015, Darcey served as an assistant attorney for several municipal entities in southwestern Washington, including the City of Long Beach, the Seaview Sewer District, and the Chinook Water District.
